Conference Policies / Procedures
Fee Policy
The EEBA organization awards a full-conference registration to each presenter in recognition of their participation. If a presenter is invited to contribute to a panel, the individual will receive a complimentary one-day conference registration. It is the policy of the conference that no presenter receives an honorarium.
Conflict of Interest Policy
The Excellence in Building Conference has maintained the high standard for providing quality building science education to attendees. When surveyed, our attendees tell us they appreciate that the sessions are based on sound educational learning principles and do not reflect the sales or marketing of products or services. When agreeing to participate as a presenter at an EEBA Conference, you agree to maintain this level of quality by providing impartial, product neutral information.
Required Conference Registration and Presenter Information
Each presenter must register online. As a presenter you receive a complimentary, full-conference registration.
Bio/Contact Information | Must include in Call for Papers Submission
A brief bio is needed for our program material and for session introductions by our room managers. The bio/contact information will be requested as you complete the conference registration process.
Session Title/Description | Must include in Call for Papers Submission
In an effort to minimize the amount of paper used in conjunction with the conference, presentations will be posted on the EEBA website. We request that you provide us with a copy of your presentation and/or handouts.*
*You will need to bring your actual presentation with you on a laptop for use during your session. Previously sent presentations files will not be preloaded for your presentation.
Audio/Visual Needs
Each training room will have:
- LCD Projector

EEBA Conference Session Evaluations
At the close of each session, room monitors will collect evaluations from the session attendees. Upon the close of the conference, evaluations will be processed and an e-mail sent to each presenter with the results of their session.
