What are the normal registration fees?

Full Conference Registration - $550
Daily Conference Registration - $200/day
Expo Only Registration - $125/day
Media Registration - $295 (full) or $100/day
Student Registration (see below) - $295 (full) or $115/day

What are the cut off dates for registration discounts?

January 31, 2008 Energy Saver Registration Discount Deadline - $100 SAVINGS
March 31, 2008 Extra Early Bird Registration Discount Deadline - $75 SAVINGS
August 31, 2008 Early Bird Registration Discount Deadline - $50 SAVINGS
After August 31, 2008 registration rates will go to full conference price ($550).

What is included in conference registration fees?

Full-conference registration includes admission to all 3-days of the conference & EXPO hall, admission to educational sessions, break-outs, 2 breakfasts, 3 lunches, the Expo receptions and a BBQ dinner.

1-Day registration includes admission to all educational & general session, breakfast (if registering for day 2 and/or day 3), lunch and EXPO hall for that day ONLY. The BBQ dinner may be added for an extra fee.

Student registration is offered at a reduced rate available only to students enrolled in undergraduate or graduate degree programs at the time of the conference. Documentation of current/active enrollment must be faxed/mailed to the EEBA office prior to the conference. Student registration includes admission to all educational sessions, break-outs, breakfast, lunch and EXPO hall. Student registration is subject to on-site verification and available at the sole discretion of EEBA registration staff.

What is the conference cancellation policy?

All cancellation/refund requests must be received in writing to the EEBA office on or before August 31, 2008. No refunds will be issued after August 31, 2008. A cancellation fee of $100 will apply to EACH cancelled registration, however you may transfer your registration to another individual if you submit that individuals contact information in writing to the EEBA office prior to October 15, 2008.
